A little privacy goes a long way.

1. No third-party advertising or tracking scripts

This website (`invisionlogics.com`) does not load third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling pixels, or cross-site marketing cookies. Fonts (`Geist` and `Geist Mono`) and brand assets are self-hosted directly on our domain.

2. Local browser storage

To make browsing comfortable, your browser stores two optional preferences locally on your device:

• `localStorage` (`il-theme`): Remembers whether you selected the light or dark color theme.
• `sessionStorage` (`il-intro`): Remembers that the brief opening animation has already played in your current browser tab so it does not repeat on every navigation.

These values remain in your browser and are never transmitted to our server.

3. Information you submit through website forms

When you submit our general contact form, meeting request form, quotation request form, product demo enquiry, or careers expression-of-interest form, we collect only the fields you enter:

• Your name, email address, and optional telephone/WhatsApp number.
• Company name, country, requested service or product, optional budget/timeline preferences, and project or meeting details.
• For careers expressions of interest: your chosen discipline, portfolio/GitHub/LinkedIn link, and written introduction.

We use this information solely to review your submission, reply to your enquiry, prepare a requested quotation or meeting, or evaluate your expression of interest for future work.

4. Server-side processing, spam protection, and email delivery

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our server-side endpoint (`/api/enquiry`) running on Cloudflare. To protect the service from automated abuse, our endpoint enforces payload size limits, checks a hidden anti-spam honeypot field, and applies temporary in-memory rate limiting using the connecting IP address. Our server code does not store your enquiry in a secondary database or print full message contents to application logs.

Validated submissions are forwarded as transactional emails via our email delivery provider (Resend) to our company inbox (`invisionlogics@gmail.com`), with your email address set as the `Reply-To` header so we can respond directly to you.

5. Hosting & infrastructure processing

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you load pages or submit a form, Cloudflare processes standard technical request metadata (such as IP address, user-agent string, and TLS connection headers) as necessary to deliver content, mitigate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and maintain network security.

6. External links (WhatsApp & product websites)

Our website contains links to contact us on WhatsApp (`wa.me/923391110024`), mailto/telephone links, and links to our product website (herdmanager.co). Clicking an external link or opening WhatsApp is entirely optional; once you open an external service, that service’s own privacy terms apply.
