[02] Project 01 — HerdManager
Dairy & livestock management platform · herdmanager.coHerdManager
A cloud-based management platform built for commercial dairy and livestock farms, supporting desktop and mobile workflows in English and Urdu.
Disconnected barn records
Commercial dairy farms manage hundreds of daily biological and financial events—milking weights, heat cycles, inseminations, vaccinations, antibiotic withdrawals, and ration mixes. When tracked across paper registers and spreadsheets, critical reminders are missed and per-animal profitability remains opaque.
Animal-centric connected ledger
HerdManager places every animal’s lifecycle at the center of the data model. Recording a breeding service, veterinary treatment, or milk weight updates the animal’s status, schedules follow-up tasks, and feeds directly into farm-wide production and financial summaries.
Built for owners, managers & vets
- Individual animal registry, lineage, and lactation tracking
- Daily milk yield recording & 305-day lactation curves
- Vaccination calendars, clinical treatment logs & withdrawal alerts
- Heat detection, AI breeding planner & calving schedules
- TMR feed ration formulation & Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC)
Designed to support better herd decisions
Expected benefits (not measured customer statistics):
- Timelier heat detection, pregnancy checks, and dry-off preparation
- Clear visibility into active drug withdrawal periods before milking
- Faster identification of high- and low-performing animals relative to feed cost
[03] Project 02 — Interflocks
Poultry farm ERP · Broiler & breeder operationsInterflocks
An enterprise resource planning system tailored to broiler and breeder poultry farms, connecting shed-level daily recording with store inventory and batch accounting.
Multi-shed data lag & feed drift
Poultry operations depend on tight daily margins across multiple sheds and flocks. When daily mortality, feed bag consumption, weight checks, and egg collection are logged on clipboards and reconciled weeks later, managers cannot spot feed drift or early flock stress in time.
Batch-and-shed structured ERP
Interflocks models the farm around sites, sheds, and active flock batches. Daily supervisor logs update live bird populations, deduct feed and medicine stock from store ledgers, and maintain continuous batch performance indicators.
Built for broiler & breeder teams
- Broiler and breeder flock placement and batch lifecycle tracking
- Daily shed logs for mortality, culling, weight sampling & feed intake
- Breeder egg collection, grading, and laying phase records
- Store inventory for feed batches, vaccines, and medications
- Role-based views for supervisors, veterinarians, and farm owners
Designed for clearer flock oversight
Expected benefits (not measured customer statistics):
- Earlier visibility into shed-level mortality or feed intake changes
- Closer alignment between store feed dispatches and shed consumption
- Streamlined end-of-batch reporting without manual spreadsheet consolidation
